What kind of watch this is
Created by Erin Foster, this 2024 dramedy runs 14 hours across 3 seasons. That is roughly the duration of a very long argument about whether a podcast about relationships should be hosted by someone who does not believe in them. The hook is the collision between Noah, a rabbi chasing a promotion, and Joanne, an agnostic woman who thinks about sex for a living. Their families do not help. It is a show about two people trying to make a life together while their respective worlds keep trying to pull them apart.
How it did with audiences
TMDB users rate it 7.3 out of 10. That is a solid score, suggesting the premise landed with the people who actually clicked play. Without a box office figure to judge, the rating is the only hard data we have. It tells us the show worked for the people who chose it. A quiet win for a story about two people who did not want to be there.
