By using Binge Boss ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Binge Boss is a free tool that helps you track TV shows, manage watched episodes, and plan streaming subscriptions to minimize costs. The Service uses data from The Movie Database (TMDB) for show information and streaming availability.

3. User accounts

You may use the Service without an account (data stored locally in your browser). Optionally, you can sign in with Google to sync your data across devices. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any illegal purpose.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service.
Use automated tools to access the Service in a way that exceeds reasonable usage.
Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.

5. Subscription recommendations

The subscription cost estimates and recommendations provided by Binge Boss are for informational purposes only. Actual prices may vary. We do not guarantee the accuracy of pricing data, streaming availability, or cost savings calculations. Always verify current prices on the streaming provider's website before subscribing.

6. Third-party content

TV show data, posters, and streaming availability information are provided by TMDB and respective streaming services. Binge Boss does not own or control this content. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

7. Intellectual property

The Binge Boss application, its design, and code are the property of the developer. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the Service without permission.

8. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to:

Loss of data or inability to access data.
Financial decisions made based on subscription recommendations.
Inaccurate show information or availability data.
Service downtime or interruptions.

9. Data and privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.

10. Account termination

You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
