Sex Education treats the high school cafeteria as a clinical waiting room. The humor comes from the collision between Otis’s textbook knowledge and his complete lack of actual experience. Laurie Nunn builds a world where awkwardness is the primary currency. You get 27 hours of characters stumbling through their own insecurities with unsettling confidence.
