Downey Jr. traded courtroom drama for infinity stones, a pivot that felt inevitable given his prior Avengers work. Duvall moved from Godfather-era gravitas to a quieter, late-career run of character studies. Farmiga leaned into horror franchises, swapping courtroom tension for supernatural dread. D’Onofrio jumped from sci-fi and war epics into superhero television and monster movies. The credits show a scattering of high-concept blockbusters and genre shifts. They cannot prove The Judge triggered any of it.
