What kind of watch this is
The Devil's Mouth is a 106-minute horror-thriller directed by Jeff Wadlow. It takes a group of college friends on a trip to Thailand, where a cave diving excursion goes wrong. They end up trapped underwater with a predator, and their oxygen is running out. The real danger, however, is what they say to each other when the air gets thin. Old grudges surface faster than the water does. It is a tight, claustrophobic look at how friendship fractures under pressure. The tagline, "Paradise has an appetite," is not a metaphor.
How it did with audiences
The Devil's Mouth drew no box office figures in the available data. There is no budget to compare against, so the financial verdict remains a blank space. On TMDB, users rate it 6.5 out of 10. That is a solid middle ground, the kind of score that suggests the film did its job without setting the world on fire. It is a safe landing.
