George Michael: The Faith Tour (2026)

What kind of watch this is

Director Andy Morahan takes raw 35mm footage from two nights in May 1988 and stitches it into a 113-minute portrait of a 24-year-old performer at peak power. The camera count is 14, which is enough to catch every angle of a man who knows exactly where the lens is. It is not a retrospective with talking heads explaining the hit. It is the show, uncut by the years that followed. The lighting is sharp, the energy is immediate, and the absence of modern archival commentary lets the music do the talking.
